Refund policy

The original purchaser of products purchased from LUV Systems, Inc. via our website at www.luvsystems.com may return the product for refund within 30 days of the product Shipping Date.  The “Shipping Date” is the date a product is shipped from LUV Systems or our designated distributor/sales portal for delivery to the purchaser.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of the Shipping Date, via email to returns@luvsystems.com or by calling our offices and speaking with our Customer Service department.

Once we have received, reviewed and authorized a refund request, we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and provide a return shipping address for the product(s) in question.  Returns and refunds will not be accepted without a valid LUV Systems RMA number.

The following items are not refundable:

  • Installation and removal costs for any LUV Systems product;
  • Shipping, handling, and delivery costs, including expedited shipping to/from LUV Systems and/or our distribution network;
  • Any portion of an item’s purchase price that is credited or claimed for credit towards installation costs or for any other purpose; and,
  • Any service or service contract offered by LUV Systems.

To receive a refund for a product purchase, please return the product to us in accordance with the RMA instructions that we will provide upon creating an RMA number, including our return shipping address.  Upon receiving and verifying the undamaged product with all parts and components, product documentation, and original packaging, a refund will be processed to the purchaser’s original form of payment within 30 days.

Please note this returns policy is not transferrable and is offered only to the original purchaser.  Returns will not be authorized for any product that has been modified after shipment from LUV Systems, including painting or other alteration.

If any product or product component is received by the purchaser in damaged or non-functional condition, please contact LUV Systems within 72 hours of receipt and provide photographs or other evidence of the damage. At our discretion, we will repair or replace the product or product component.
